Now that would be a long story so to keep things short and sweet, it might be easier to tell you who we are and our journey so far.
Our names are Dipika and Patrick. We are based on the tropical island of Koh Tao, Thailand and we want to share good health with anyone else who is interested. One day, on our journey together, we acquired a manual press juicer in order to make our own green juices at home.
Up until now we had been drinking living juices (pressed from a masticator) made mainly out of fruit, and some vegetables such as carrot and cucumber. However, after we got the manual juicer we started experimenting with raw vegetables as well, such as kale, spinach, wheatgrass, beetroot, ginger, cabbage, celery, parsley etc., and immediately noticed a significant boost in our energy levels, spirit, mood, sense of vitality and overall well-being. On top of that, whilst in the first trimester of her pregnancy, Dipika discovered that green juices came highly recommended by close friends and natural mothering sites. Even after providing natural health care solutions for many years to pregnant women, this suggestion was new and interesting to us. We decided to give it a go and found that the beneficial effect was instant. After only two daily raw green juices, any hint of nausea and intestinal imbalance disappeared whilst overall energy, strength and mood increased. We were sold!
With University degrees and post-graduate training in Acupuncture, Natural Health, Nutrition, Zero Balancing, Business Economics, Marketing and 10 years of working in the natural health industry between us, we have merged lifelong passions with work and are excited to provide you with simple easy access to the same health benefits that we experience in the form of Living Juices.
